80mm Spindle Dust Boot for 4" Dust Collection

I had a small dust boot for my Onefinity CNC with an 80mm spindle, but after upgrading to a dust collector with a 4" hose, I wanted to avoid necking the airflow down to about 2". So I drew up this boot with a full 4" connection to make better use of the collector's suction.

It has been through a little tweaking already, and there may be more revisions down the road. The removable foot is held on with 4.5mm × 4.5mm N50 magnets.

  • Uses 4.5mm × 4.5mm N50 magnets
  • Brush: McMaster-Carr Easy-Cut Strip Brush, 7/32" wide × 3/16" backing
  • Brush material is available in 1", 2", and 3" heights

I print mine on a Sovol SV06 Plus ACE.
